AQE (Attestato di Qualificazione Energetica – Energy Qualification Certificate): contains data relative to the building and to the systems as installed. It must be given in at the Town Hall during the End of Works declaration when requested. The End of Works declaration is inefficient if it lacks the AQE (Energy Qualification Cerrtificate). It must be signed by the Works Supervisor.
The APE (Attestato di Prestazione Energetica – Energy Performance Certificate): defines the energy performance of a building and at the same time finds possible interventions to carry out with the aim to improve the performance. It must not be given in to the Town Hall but to the owners or other entitled person. It is mandatory for all new buildings and during transference deeds upon payment.
Technical report (Law 10/91, main italian law about energy efficiency): fundamental report on energy planning, shows the respect of minimum requirements foreseen by the laws in force. Must be handed in at the Town Hall together with the beginning of works declaration.

Consultancy for the following phases:

• evaluation of interventions aimed at obtaining TEE (Titoli di Efficienza Energetica – Energy Efficiency Titles).
• measuring and quantifying savings in the mechanism of White Certifications
• presentation of planning proposals and measurement programs (PPPM) and of test and certification requests (RVC) with a standard, analitic and at cost evaluation method
